You're Barred!!! - Characters

Just another idea of mine for a possible Anime, specifically the Harem Genre.

Basic Synopsis:
In the land of Granit, a world where humans don't exist, four divided nations consisting of the Elves, the Canids, the Golums and the Frostials, all began a civil conflict over the single spit of land that lies in the center of each of their counties. Until one day, a strange building drops out of the sky, smack dab in the middle of it, inside it: a single human named Jake Clark who finds himself the new owner of the very first micro-nation of humanity. Over time, Jake's building, soon revealed to be a bar, becomes the center of attention as the very first co-nation tavern, eventually gaining the employment of four young ladies each from a different nation.

Characters:

Jake Clark: The first human in Granit and the owner / head cook of the White Lion Bar, after convincing/ tricking each ruler of all four nations to sign over a deed indicating that th current land his bar is on is his and his alone, he begins the development of a new and improved tavern that will hopefully unite the divided nations

Sylvia: A former Messenger-Elf from the Eastern Region and Jake Clark's first employer. After narrowly escaping a hoard of bandits while on route to an enemy nation, she eventually meets up with Jake moments after his bar crashes into the soon-to-be new micro-nation. However due to being in the wrong place at the wrong time, she soon finds herself banished from her home, thankfully Jake was kind enough to offer her a job in exchange for info in regards to the new land he now calls home.

Nora: A lively Canid from the Southern Region. After Jake advertised that he needed bar staff to help in the new micro-nation based tavern, she instantly jumped at the chance to try something new, and as such has become not only a great barmaid but also an extremely talented singer for the customers. 

Helga: A tough-as-nails Golum from the Western Region. Though hesitant to work in a bar at first, she found herself on hard-times when it came to her finances and eventually became the head of security due to her attitude and eminence strength.

Ella: A flirty Northern Region Frostial who handles all of the bar's finances, like every member of her kind, she has the ability to float in mid-air, a talent she enjoys immensely whenever she's waiting tables or at the bar. Of course she was only hired after she bribed Jake with her talent for documentation during a time of financial need, in exchange she gets a 20% raise in her pay, thus earning more than the others.
