Description

Since this was one of my favourite Tv shows, I thought I'd make this pic to pay tribute to it's characters while also adding my own OC.

From left to right...

Jinx - Jinx was a former H.I.V.E. Academy student, along with Gizmo and Mammoth. When Cyborg posed as "Stone" and befriended the villainous trio (though Gizmo became more and more jealous about his standing with Brother Blood). Jinx and Stone developed a crush on each other during this time, though Jinx didn't know that "Stone" was really Cyborg in disguise. Soon Cyborg's identity was revealed, and he brought down the H.I.V.E. Academy. Jinx appeared hurt by Cyborg's betrayal, but escaped with her friends.Jinx then appeared as the de facto leader of a slightly reorganized H.I.V.E. Five group, consisting of herself, Mammoth, Gizmo, See-More, Billy Numerous, and Kyd Wykkyd. Jinx was apparently the only member of this group who took her criminal career seriously, as the other members all displayed a serious lack of initiative and a remarkably short attention span. However after failing to capture Kid Flash and reconsidering her choice to go into villainy, she joined the final battle against the Brotherhood of Evil, and was the last to arrive along with Kid Flash. Jinx defeated Kyd Wykkyd, Mammoth, Gizmo, and Billy Numerous with one hex blast, and helped Wildebeest and Hot Spot take down Madame Rouge. She subsequently became an Honorary Titan.

Elementas (OC) - After his mother, Maria LeBlanc was killed in a car crash, his father Howard took his own life and their son, Joey was taken to the Jump City Orphanage at the age of two. Since then Joey was raised by the nuns of the orphanage and grew up with the other orphans, however when he turned fifteen, Joey discovered that due to the serious debts that had been left by the previous owner of the building, the orphanage was at serious risk of closing. Not wanting to lose the only home he knew, Joey volunteered for experimental research known as Project Cadmus to earn some money. The resulting mutation caused Joey to gain a large Canine body similar to the Egyptian god Anubis and the power to manipulate the four elements, fire, water, earth and air. After spending two more years as a test subject, he realised that the scientists who were running Project Cadmus intended to use him as a weapon for the military. Donning a stolen cybernetic mask and the name of Elementas, Joey escaped the facility and made his way back to Jump City. Realising that his new physical appearance made it impossible for him to go out in public without scaring people, Elementas decided to use his new abilities to become a man for hire so that he could continue making money for the orphange. To his shame, some of the jobs he took were for criminals. After getting in too deep with the wrong people, Elementas was defeated and captured by the Teen Titans, however after learning of the reasons for Elementas' actions, Starfire convinced the other Titans to let him join them. Since then he has been only been using his powers for good.

Terra - Originally a princess of Markovia. All her life she always had people telling her what to do and how to act. Scientists experimented on Terra, thus giving her earth-based powers, then attempted to exploit them. Terra, unable to control her new powers, ran away from home for fear of hurting her loved ones. When she first met the Teen Titans, they welcomed her into the team, however when it appeared Beast Boy shared her secret with the team (even though Robin actually realized it on his own). she felt betrayed and alone, and turned to Slade, who trained her to fully control her abilities. Terra later returned to the Titans and joined the team - but was secretly working with Slade to destroy the Titans from within. Despite her mission, Terra began to doubt her loyalties; Just as romance with Beast Boy blossomed, Terra was exposed as a traitor. Hardened and emotionally hurt, Terra went back to Slade. On Slade’s orders, Terra attacked the Titans however, despite her apparent victory, Terra still felt lost and alone. By the time she decided to leave Slade, from both the buried remnants of her conscience and his cruel treatment of her, it was too late. Never truly losing faith in Terra, Beast Boy stepped in between her and Slade and finally made her realize the error of her ways. Events were eventually set in motion leaving the city in danger from an erupting volcano. In a final act of friendship, she ultimately sacrificed herself to save the city. Now merged with the Earth she controlled and manipulated, the Titans searched for a way to restore her. However upon learning of Terra, Elementas used his own earth-based powers to restore her, now she remains under the watchful eye of the Teen Titans.

Herald - A gifted trumpet player named Mal Duncan, armed with a magical horn, he is capable of opening up multi-dimensional portals, and generating sonic blasts, which is used to push enemies into them. While previously being a hero known as the Guardian, he once was rumoured to have fought Azrael, the Angel of Death. Believing it to be a hallucination, Mal is surprised to awaken with the mystical Gabriel's Horn. Having defeated the Angel, Mal is permitted to live, provided he never loses another fight. The horn grants Mal unspecified powers, whenever the odds are against him in battle. Armed with the horn, Mal assumes the name of the Herald. After becoming an honorary Titan and defeating the Brotherhood of Evil, he decided to remain in Jump City to assist the titans with difficult missions, eventually deciding to join them full time.

Robin - Robin was born as Richard John "Dick" Grayson to John and Mary Grayson. As a child he and his parents were a family of circus acrobats known as The Flying Graysons. While he was once preparing for a performance he overheard two gangsters who worked for a powerful crime boss named Tony Zucco attempt to extort protection money from the circus owner. The circus owner refused and the two gangsters sabotaged the trapeze wires with acid. At the next performance on the trapeze his parents were swinging from ropes. The ropes snapped and sent them to their deaths. He was adopted by Bruce Wayne after his parents were killed by Zucco and donned the name Robin. Through the years of working with the Dark Knight as his sidekick to fight crime in Gotham he was greatly trained mentally and physically that in ways no other child was. Robin eventually left Batman and moved to another city (though it is known to still be close to Gotham) to continue fighting crime, though this time he intended to go solo. Robin met up with Beast Boy, Cyborg, and Raven when Starfire came to Earth and started destroying the city. After a brief yet fierce confrontation where even the Boy Wonder appeared to meet his match, Robin helped Starfire get free from her chains. She then kissed him to learn English. Robin and the others teamed up to find her and later fought the aliens who came to find and imprison Starfire. Shortly after defeating them, Robin gave the others communicators and later created the Teen Titans and became the leader.

Starfire - Starfire was born and raised on the distant planet Tamaran before arriving on Earth and joining the Teen Titans. Starfire came to Earth as Koriand'r, an alien princess being transported by Gordanians, in exile as a slave to the Citadel. Through the use of her innate Tamaranean strength, she broke free from the brig aboard a Gordanian ship and landed in Jump City. While attempting to free herself of the handcuffs with which she had been laden, she ended up both destroying buildings and cars, and running into four young teenagers with whom she would later fight crime with. Raven suggested that fighting may not be the answer, and only then did Robin notice the handcuffs. Carefully, he talked the mysterious girl down and took off the handcuffs. She grabbed and kissed him to learn the English language, and warned him to leave her alone if they do not wish to be destroyed. Once freed, she sought out food in the form of popcorn and candy at the local video store. Having been tracked by the Titans, she reunited with them and fought off the wave of Gordanians sent to recapture her. Angered at Lord Trogaar's promise of destruction, she yelled at Robin, reminding him that she told him to leave her alone. The two got into an argument, but the situation was quickly defused after they apologized to each other, and the decision was made to work as a team to save the city from the Gordanians' particle weapon. The five teenagers founded the Teen Titans shortly after.

Cyborg - Cyborg was a promising strong teenage athlete before an accident that killed his mother and injured him so severely that his damaged body parts were replaced with cybernetics to keep him alive. But since these mechanical parts were not inconspicuous, he was shunned by his home environment and his friends, which frustrated him greatly. One night, Cyborg took to the streets, where he ran into the new arrivals Robin and Beast Boy fighting a rather violent alien girl, who was actually a fugitive from a prisoner transport. Soon joined by the mystery girl Raven, the youngsters teamed up to defeat the girl's alien captors and formed a permanent team to combat villainy. Cyborg constructed the Titans Tower and its systems from a Gordanian landing ship, and the team moved into its new headquarters. From that point on Cyborg served as the team's chief technician, constructing their primary vehicles such as the T-Car and T-Ship.

Raven - Arella, Raven's mother, was chosen to become the bride of the demonic Trigon. Abandoned by the demon rather than her becoming his queen, Arella was bent on suicide when she was taken in by the pacifistic disciples of Temple Azarath, a group who had centuries earlier forsaken life on Earth to pursue their own nonviolent lifestyle. In their inter-dimensional world, Raven, Arella's daughter by Trigon, was born. Fearing that the child would bring evil among them, Juris, a magistrate of Azarath, attempted to cast the infant Raven into Limbo, only to be destroyed himself. Azar, the spiritual leader of the temple, then took the young Raven under her personal tutelage, instructing her in the truth of her parentage, and in pacifism, meditation, and the submergence of her emotions to resist Trigon's influence, while perfecting her powers of teleportation, astral projection, and empathic healing. Later, after Azar's death (in which she entered another plane of existence), when Raven was plagued by prophetic dreams of Trigon and, defying her teachers, she confronted her demon father in Limbo at his bidding. Trigon spared her and Arella after satisfying himself that, upon his return when she reached adulthood, he could seduce Raven into becoming his ally. When Raven turned fourteen, she sensed Trigon's power returning and fled to Earth. She arrived at Jump City, where she met several super-powered youths fighting a rampaging alien girl. Raven managed to discern the girl's true reason for her demolition work and convinced the others into a more peaceful approach, which won them the alien's friendship. Despite Raven's obvious insecurity, the others invited her to join them in defeating the truly hostile aliens—the Gordanians, who had attempted to enslave the girl—and her presence proved ultimately essential to the motley crew's triumph over the Gordanians. Afterwards, the group decided to stay together and formed the original Teen Titans.

Beastboy - Beast Boy's parents, Mark and Marie Logan, were geneticists that would travel the jungles of the world to study their wildlife. Beast Boy was brought up in the jungles of Brazil, Africa, India and several other places. The Logans particularly became interested in a rare species of green monkey, however, the day they finally found it, Beast Boy was bitten by the creature and contracted a serious illness called Sakutia. To save him, his parents attempted to cure him with a new serum, which bestowed him with his shape-changing abilities. As a side effect, his skin, hair, and eyes turned green. His parents later died in a boating accident, which to this day Beast Boy believes he could've prevented, leaving Beast Boy an orphan. Afterward, Beast Boy, determined to join Doom Patrol, broke into their headquarters. He was treated as an intruder, but his efforts to escape capture impressed them, thus earning his membership on the team. Beast Boy was originally the youngest member of the Doom Patrol. However, Mento's harsh discipline and less-than-encouraging attitude finally alienated him from his surrogate family, and he struck out on his own. Looking for a new place to live, he came to Jump City, where he encountered Robin, Starfire, Raven, and Cyborg and aided them in liberating Starfire from her Gordanian captors. Afterward, the five formed a new team on their own, the Teen Titans.

Ravager - The daughter of Slade and former arch nemesis of the Teen Titans. In her father's honour, she wears a mask much like her father's which covers her left eye, even though the eye is still intact and functional. After hearing of her father’s defat, she returned to Jump City from New York, hoping help her father claim "what is rightfully his". After she finds Professor Chang, who was the one who built Slade’s robot commandos she discovers that he had already sold the plans for them to General Immortus while he worked for the Brotherhood of Evil, needless to say this angered Ravager so much that she left him shaking with fear when the Titans came to his aid. After that Ravager went on a rampage in Jump City, determined to carry on her father's legacy; defeating the Teen Titans once and for all. However, after fighting with them, Ravager began to understand that she didn’t have to carry on her father's legacy, and needs not follow in his footsteps as a villain. The Titans then offer her a family and they tell her that she is free to make her own decisions in life. Touched by the Titans' words, she decided to train (and later join) with so she could face her new future.

Terra should not be there, instead Kid Flash/Wallace West should be in her place.
