MLP OCs - Queen Icicle and Captain Tod

Hey guys, just another pair of OCs that I have come up with, both of whom are set to appear in my fanfic "A Gizmonk in Ponyville", I won't give away another other spoilers other than that just yet but here's a few minor details.

Queen Icicle - The Ruler of all of Kappan who specialises in Ice Magic

Captain Tod - A music loving, rare breed of blue Gem Fox who serves as Icicles Captain of the Guard
